Zovo Invoice Reader
Read invoice PDFs into one checked spreadsheet.
Zovo Invoice Reader reads up to 20 text-based invoice PDFs and returns one Excel workbook with an Invoices sheet (vendor, invoice number, dates, currency, subtotal, tax, shipping, discount, total, amount due) and a Line items sheet, plus the same data as CSV files. It checks the arithmetic of each invoice with integer cent math and shows PASS, MISMATCH with the difference, or NOT CHECKABLE when a value is missing.
What it does
- Up to 20 invoice PDFs in one call, one row per invoice
- Line items from the invoice table, with wrapped descriptions joined and tables that continue on the next page
- Three checks per invoice: lines add up to the subtotal, the totals add up, quantity x unit price = line amount
- Integer cent math; US and European number formats decided per file
- Scanned pages are reported, not guessed (no OCR)
- Excel workbook and CSV files to download

Limitations
- Text-based PDFs only; scanned or photographed invoices need OCR first
- Up to 20 files, 10 MB and 20 pages per file
- Labels are read in English (Invoice #, Subtotal, Tax, VAT, GST, Total, Amount due); other layouts may leave fields empty
- The vendor name is read from the top of page 1 when the invoice has no From or Vendor label; check it
